Real World Visual Strategies That Work

A picture is worth a thousand words .... and even more so for neurodivergent adults.

Our November 4th workshop introduces visual manuals, video modeling, and structured strategies that strengthen natural supports and equip participants with ready-to-use tools. Designed for job coaches, program leaders, social workers, parents, and employers, this session ensures you leave with immediate practical solutions for in then workplace and at home.

If you are looking to expand your practice, educate your employees, and support your loved one, this workshop is for you. As a job coach, program leader, social worker, psychologist, parent, or employer, you’ll leave with confidence, clarity, and ready-to-use tools to immediately implement meaningful change.

    .

Led by Silvia Gil, M.S. Ed., President and Founder of Neuro Consulting Solutions, and Lynette Herbert, M.S., Senior Consultant and Instructional Designer—two recognized leaders in inclusive workforce development and training design.

These educators will introduce unique tools such as professional visual manuals, video modeling, and structured systems that standardize training, improve efficiency, and scale impact across organizations and homes. Unlike other workshops, this session equips attendees with hands on customizable templates, replicable strategies, and proven methods to strengthen natural supports, align with Employment First principles, and create sustainable growth.
